OnBase Support Specialist

OnBase Support Specialists work in a collaborative environment to provide remote and on-premise support for planning, installation and maintenance activites related to OnBase systems and associated hardware and software applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and maintain technical knowledge of hardware devices and software applications necessary to perform assigned tasks.
  2. Efficiently communicate with employees, customers and suppliers to ensure tasks are processed in timely and accurate manner.
  3. Accurately record information associated with customer services, events, and assigned tasks.
  4. Effectively participate in daily operational activities associated with the business office environment.
  5. Satisfactorily perform all other assigned tasks.

  1. Expert knowledge of OnBase products
  2. OnBase Installation Certification
  3. OnBase Workflow Certification
  4. Microsoft Server OS
  5. Microsoft Client OS
  6. Microsoft Exchange
  7. Microsoft SQL
  8. Microsoft .NET
  9. Programming language C#, VB,
  10. Network LAN/WAN routing & switching
  11. Document Imaging devices
