Word templates are the basis of a document and can aggregate information from multiple sources. When configured, these sources are identified on the template as placeholders. Once configured, templates are then available for end-users to generate a document. This document pulls all of the information that was configured in its template to generate a new document, which can then be stored in OnBase or emailed to recipients.
